Baan Suandao Wat Arun

The rooms at Baan Suandao Wat Arun range from 20 m² deluxe rooms to family rooms of 31 and 33 m², and several of them have a city view. Two family rooms sleep up to four guests, and the deluxe rooms take up to three.

Walking is the easiest way to see the streets here, and the riverside piers connect you to the other bank.

Wat Arun is 400 m from the property, and its tall central prang is visible from the river. Wat Phra Chetuphon, known for its giant reclining Buddha, is a short walk further on. The Grand Palace is 1.1 km away, and a river ferry from the nearby piers links the two banks. Khaosan Road, 2.3 km away, is the backpacker street with bars, guesthouses and street food, while Itsaraphap MRT Station is 400 m away.

A good day can start at Wat Arun, followed by a ferry across to the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, and the walk back along the river. In the evening, Khaosan Road has street food and bars, and the Itsaraphap MRT station is one way back into the city. Don Mueang International Airport is 22.9 km away for those arriving by air.
