The Hin Talu viewpoint is 1.7 km away, and the Bot Klang Thale pagoda is 2.3 km away. The Koh Phayam Pier, where boats from the mainland arrive, is 2.9 km from the hotel.

A day can start with a swim at Ao Khao Kwai Beach, then a bicycle ride to the Hin Talu viewpoint, and the afternoon can be spent on snorkelling or a canoe trip. Reaching the island is done by boat from the mainland at Ranong, so allow time for that last stage of the journey before settling in at the hotel. Ao Hin Khao is another beach on the island, close to the property, and it is one of the bays that make up the island.
