Baan Sri Lanta Sand

The rooms at Baan Sri Lanta Sand include a twin room and a double room, each measuring 20 m², and both have a mountain view, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower. They also have a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, an alarm clock and a private entrance.

The twin room sleeps up to two guests in two single beds. The double room sleeps up to three guests. Both have a socket near the bed, toiletries and towels in the bathroom, and a satellite and cable channel selection on the TV.

There is no bridge to the mainland, so guests reach the island by boat and then continue by road. Pra Ae is one of the island's village areas, with houses set back from the road and Long Beach 400 m away, the nearest stretch of sand to the hotel. The garden and the shared lounge area with a TV are a place to rest between outings.

Klong Dao Beach, 1.9 km away, is another long stretch of sand. Other beaches and bays, including Khlong Khong Beach and Kantiang Bay, lie farther around the coast, and the island's roads link them together.Lanta Old Town, 10.7 km away, keeps the look of its old fishing settlement, with wooden houses built on stilts, and Mu Ko Lanta National Park, 16.8 km away, protects forest, mangroves and coastline. Krabi International Airport is 54.8 km away on the mainland.

A day could start on Long Beach, continue with the forest trails of Mu Ko Lanta National Park, and end with a walk around Lanta Old Town. Boat services can be disrupted when the sea is rough, so leave some flexibility around arrival and departure days.
