All rooms at Baan PadSeeEw have air conditioning. Each room has a double bed and sleeps up to two guests, and both rooms have a private bathroom.

The one-bedroom apartment has a garden view, a full kitchen, a kitchenette, a balcony or terrace and a washing machine. Extra beds can be requested directly from the property, though additional charges may apply, and a baby cot or crib can be requested too, subject to availability.

Wat Arun is 550 m away, and its tall prang is one of the best-known landmarks on the river. The Grand Palace is 1.1 km away, home to the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and the river piers at Rajinee and Wat Kanlayanamit are a short walk from the property, useful for boat trips along the river. The Sanam Chai MRT station is 500 m away for trips into the rest of the city, and Suvarnabhumi Airport lies 28.4 km away.

A good day could begin at the Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha in the old city, then continue by river to Wat Arun and the lanes of Thonburi. Boats from the riverside piers are a practical way to cross between the two banks, and the Wat Kanlayanamit pier is 150 m away, so the property works well for sightseeing on both sides of the river.
