Baan Mafueng Home Stay

Pagoda sites such as Wat Tam Nak lie a short drive out, in the countryside.

Wat Tham Sarika, a temple, is about 2 km away, and the Khun Dan Prakarn Chon Dam reservoir is 5.1 km from the house. Waterfalls are a feature of the area, with Sarika Waterfall nearby, and the local markets offer a look at everyday life in the province. Getting around is easiest by car: the property has free parking, and the staff can help arrange a rental vehicle.

A good day out starts with Khao Yai National Park, about 20 km away, a large forested park with hiking trails and wildlife, and its visitor areas are a good way to spend a full day away from the town. The evening can end back at the house, where the full kitchen is ready for cooking after a day outdoors, with a choice of bed set-ups for the night.
