Rooms at Baan Lhang Wangh include a 30 m² king room with a balcony and a garden view, and a 50 m² quadruple room with a balcony and a city view. Further rooms have a balcony with a garden or city view.

The neighbourhood is tied to the history of King Naresuan the Great, the 16th-century ruler of Ayutthaya who was born in Phitsanulok, and the shrines and temples of the area are the main sights close to the guesthouse.

The King Naresuan the Great Shrine is 150 m away, and Wat Phra Si Rattanamaha That Woramahawihan, known locally as Wat Yai, is 800 m away and houses the revered Phra Buddha Chinnarat image. Wat Ku Ha Sawan, a pagoda, is in the same neighbourhood, and the Chan Royal Palace Historical Centre, a museum about the Chan Palace, is also close by. The Phitsanulok Night Bazaar is a busy evening market, and the Phitsanulok Railway Station is 1.8 km away.

Phitsanulok Airport is 6.9 km away, and a taxi is the simplest way to reach the guesthouse from there, as it is from the railway station. A good day here begins at the shrines and Wat Yai, continues with a visit to the Chan Royal Palace Historical Centre, and ends with an evening at the Night Bazaar.
