The estate has villas of several sizes, including a 200 m² two-bedroom Thai-style villa and a 300 m² four-bedroom villa for up to eight guests. Air conditioning is in every villa, and the estate's bed set-ups are arranged in several different combinations. The estate is made up of villas rather than hotel rooms, so each one has its own bedrooms and bathroom.

Several villas have a private pool, and one has a pool view. Bathtubs are found in several villas, and a few have a full kitchen with kitchenware and a dishwasher. Several villas also have a dishwasher, so meals can be prepared on site.

The estate has parking on site, and free WiFi is available in all rooms, with LAN internet access also offered. Kitchen facilities are part of the offer, and the estate has safety deposit boxes for guests.

The estate lies in southern Phuket, in the Nai Harn area, where the coast feels quieter than the busy resort strips on the other side of the island. Nai Harn Beach is a sandy bay with a slower pace than Patong, and the streets around it have small shops, food stalls and fruit markets. A convenience store and an ATM are close by, so everyday needs are easy to cover.

Nai Harn Beach is the closest sand, 1.3 km from the estate, and Kata Beach is the next popular stretch of sand along the coast. Big Buddha Phuket, the large hilltop Buddha statue, is 4.5 km away, and Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 7.2 km away. Phuket International Airport is 36 km from the estate, so the sights are a short drive away, and a car or scooter is the easiest way to reach them.

A good day could start with a swim at Nai Harn Beach, continue to the Big Buddha for views over the island and end at Wat Chalong, one of the most revered temples in Phuket. Kata Beach is a good second stop for a day on the sand. In the evening, Patong's beach and nightlife are a longer drive away, while the Rawai fish market is nearer to the estate.
