Baan Anodat

The rooms at Baan Anodat differ in size and outlook. The Comfort Quadruple Room measures 45 m² and sleeps up to five guests, the Deluxe King Room measures 33 m² with a river view, and the Deluxe Queen Room, at 23 m², overlooks the garden. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

The Comfort Quadruple Room also has a private bathroom, air conditioning and an air purifier. The Deluxe Queen Room and the Deluxe Double Room each have a separate shower and bathtub, a hair dryer and a TV with satellite and cable channels, and the Deluxe Double Room, at 20 m², has a river view.

Guests can use luggage storage, a laundry service and an ironing service, and express as well as private check-in and check-out are offered. English and Thai are spoken, and air conditioning is provided in the public areas, where there is also a shared lounge with a TV.

A garden is on site, and there is a shared kitchen as well as food delivery. Baan Anodat is in the Suan Yai area of Nonthaburi, a city just north of Bangkok on the Chao Phraya river. The district has a more local feel than the capital, with temples, pagodas and parks close to the water, and the streets around the guesthouse are for everyday life rather than sightseeing.

The Maha-Chesadabodindranusorn Bridge is 200 m away, a road bridge over the Chao Phraya. A little further, Wat Chaloem Phra Kiat, a temple, is 900 m away, and Bhumirak Chaloemprakiarti Park offers a green stop on a walk. Koh Kret, an island on the Chao Phraya known for its Mon community and pottery, makes a good excursion from here, and Nonthaburi Pier, a riverside park on the waterfront, is 1.9 km away.

Getting around is easiest by taxi or car, and the Phra Nang Klao Bridge MRT station is 1.6 km away for trips into Bangkok. Don Mueang International Airport is 14.7 km away. A good day can begin with a walk to Wat Chaloem Phra Kiat, followed by a visit to Nonthaburi Market and an afternoon on Koh Kret, and free parking on site is available for guests who arrive by car, so the stay can start with an easy arrival.
