Air conditioning and a private bathroom come in every room at Baan Andaman Sea Surf. The accommodation runs from a 22 m² double room with a lake view to two 90 m² villas, one with a sea view and one with a garden view.

Both villas measure 90 m². The Two-Bedroom Villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps up to four guests, with a choice of bed set-ups. The One-Bedroom Villa has a king bed for up to two guests. The garden, the hot tub and the outdoor pool are shared spaces for all guests to use. Every room also has a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle and a hair dryer.

Baan Andaman Sea Surf is on Soi Prabaramee 3, a side street in Patong Krathu, so it suits anyone who wants a beach base with the town's evening life close at hand.

Patong Beach is 1 km away, and Bangla Road, the busy nightlife street of the town, is 1.6 km away. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is 7.2 km away and is one of the island's best-known temples. Phuket International Airport is 23 km away, and the island's main roads connect the hotel to the rest of Phuket.

A good day here could start on Patong Beach and continue to Big Buddha, a large hilltop statue above Chalong. Kata Beach and Karon Beach are the next beaches along the coast, each with its own hotels and restaurants. In the evening, Phuket FantaSea offers a cultural show and dinner, and the town is lively after dark, so evenings are easy to fill. Chalong, where the temple and the Big Buddha stand, is a separate district of the island, quieter than the Patong nightlife.
