B1 Residence

The rooms at B1 Residence include a Twin Room Non Smoking of 26 m² with two single beds and a city view, a Mini Room of 18 m² with a king bed and a city view, and a Family Room Non Smoking of 46 m² with two king beds and a city view. Rooms can have air conditioning, blackout curtains, a mini bar and a refrigerator.

The Standard Double Bed Non-Smoking Room measures 26 m² and has a city view, and the Family Room sleeps up to five guests. A Twin Room-Non-Smoking is also available for up to three guests, so there is a room for solo travellers, couples and small groups.

B1 Residence has a shared lounge/TV area with plush sofas and a large flat-screen TV, where guests can relax after a day out. Luggage storage is available, and daily housekeeping is provided.

B1 Residence is on Soi Sukhumvit 1 in central Bangkok, a busy part of the city where hotels, shops, restaurants and street-food stalls line the main road. The lanes off the road fill with small restaurants in the evening. It is a practical base for a city stay, with the Skytrain close by and the central shopping districts easy to reach from the stations.

Phloen Chit BTS station is 400 m away and Nana BTS station is 700 m, so the Siam area is easy to reach by train. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 1.8 km away, and the MBK Center and Jim Thompson House, a museum of Thai silk and art, are also nearby. Bumrungrad International Hospital is close by, and the Grand Palace is 6.5 km away across the river, with Wat Pho, the temple of the reclining Buddha, close by.

A day in the city could start at the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, then move on to Siam for shopping and dinner in the Sukhumvit lanes. The Erawan Shrine, a Hindu shrine in the middle of the city, is close enough to visit between shopping stops. Chatuchak Weekend Market, the large weekend market in the north of the city, is a good choice for a weekend morning. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 22.3 km away.
