Big Buddha Phuket, 6.3 km away on Nakkerd Hills, is a large seated Buddha statue worth a visit, and Chaithararam Temple, also called Wat Chalong, is 6 km away and is one of Phuket's best-known temples. Phuket International Airport is 25.6 km away, and car hire is offered at the hotel for exploring the island.

A day could start on Patong Beach, 700 m from the hotel, and continue with a walk around Jungceylon before the evening on Bangla Road, where the street fills up after dark and the bars stay busy well into the night. Pairing a visit to Big Buddha and Wat Chalong with an afternoon on the beach works well, and there is also the Phuket FantaSea show for the evening.
