Authentic Thai House

Authentic Thai House is offered as one 320 m² home for up to six guests, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its equipment includes air conditioning, a private entrance, a full kitchen, a fireplace, a TV, a desk, a clothes dryer and a coffee or tea maker, with a hair dryer and toiletries.

The home offers a choice of bed set-ups for up to six guests. Thong Lo BTS Station is 100 m from the house, and the house has free parking for guests who drive.

Authentic Thai House has free parking and a kitchen, with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and dining utensils, and kitchen basics such as cookware, oils and condiments, plus coffee or tea. The house has air conditioning, a TV, an iron and a washer, and a balcony or terrace.

The house is on Soi Sukhumvit 55 in the Thonglor district, a fashionable area known for its boutiques, cafés and restaurants. The streets around Sukhumvit are lively in the evenings, and Thong Lo BTS Station, 100 m away, is the Skytrain stop closest to the house.

Thong Lo BTS Station links the house with much of central Bangkok on the Sukhumvit line. Soi 38 Nightmarket, an evening market, is also nearby on the same stretch of road. Further afield, Jim Thompson House, the museum house of the Thai silk entrepreneur Jim Thompson, is 6.2 km away, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's largest weekend markets, is 9 km away. Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) is 18.8 km away.

A day could begin at Jim Thompson House and end with a stroll through the Soi 38 market, or it could go to Chatuchak on a weekend. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun, both in the old city by the Chao Phraya river, are about 10 km from the house. The longer trips are easiest by taxi or on the Skytrain from Thong Lo, and the house has free parking for guests who arrive by car, so the car can stay at the house while you explore the city by train.
