Air conditioning is fitted in every room at Auntie House 985, and the bathrooms are shared with other guests. The rooms include a quadruple room with a private entrance, a 16 m² family room and rooms for two or three guests, so the homestay works for solo travellers, couples and small families alike.

Beds include king beds, twin single beds and a bunk bed, and several rooms have a separate living room.
