The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms across 69 m², with air conditioning, a private entrance and a full kitchen. The sleeping arrangement is a choice of bed set-ups, and the apartment accommodates up to four guests.

Sukhumvit Road is one of Bangkok's main arteries, and the stretch around Asok is a busy district of offices, hotels, malls and street food stalls. The apartment sits in the Khlong Toei district, where side lanes off the main road lead to local eateries and everyday services. The old city, with the Grand Palace and the temples, is a different world from this modern district of towers and malls.

Asok BTS station is 300 m away and Sukhumvit MRT station is 450 m, so the Skytrain and the metro give the quickest way to move around the city. Don Mueang airport is 20.4 km away and Suvarnabhumi is 21.4 km, and the BTS and MRT lines also connect to Siam, where the big shopping centres and the Jim Thompson House museum are a short ride away.

A good day out starts with the Jim Thompson House, a museum made up of traditional Thai teak houses. The Grand Palace is 7.4 km away in the old city, and Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, lies across the river from it. Several temples and palaces are clustered around the Grand Palace, so one visit can easily lead to the next. Khaosan Road, the backpacker street in the old city, is in the same area.
