Apartment in Patong Tower has three kinds of apartment, from the 60 m² One-Bedroom Apartment to the 145 m² Three-Bedroom Apartment, which sleeps up to nine guests. Toiletries are provided in each of them, and the One-Bedroom and the Three-Bedroom Apartments have a mountain view.

The 79 m² Apartment sleeps up to three guests and has a full kitchen, and the One-Bedroom Apartment sleeps up to two. Air conditioning comes with the One-Bedroom and the 79 m² Apartment, and the Three-Bedroom Apartment has a bathtub, bathrobes and two bathrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, and free parking is available for guests.

The leisure side includes an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa with massage and a hot tub. A bar and a poolside bar are also on site.

For everyday needs there are concierge services, daily housekeeping, currency exchange, luggage storage and safety deposit boxes, plus a laundromat nearby, a convenience store and a cash withdrawal point.

Because the temples are several kilometres away, a taxi or a car is useful for them, while the beach and the shops can be reached on foot. Kata and Karon beaches lie further along the same coast, each with its own stretch of sand.
