The house measures 170 m² and sleeps up to six guests, with a choice of bed set-ups. It has air conditioning and its own private entrance, and the rooms are fitted with linens and towels in a village setting on Phuket's coast.

The private bathroom comes with a shower, a hair dryer and toiletries. Children are welcome, and extra beds can be requested directly from the property, although additional charges may apply.

The kitchen has dishes and dining utensils, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator and a stove. There is also a washer, an iron and a desk or workspace, along with a closet for clothes.

Outdoors, the house has a balcony or terrace and a garden or backyard. Free parking is available, and internet access and Wi-Fi are available too. The house also has a TV with cable channels, so there is plenty to do indoors in the evenings.

AP13 is in Kamala, a village on Phuket's coast known for its long, sandy bay and its fishing-village character. The area is calmer than Patong, the island's busiest resort, and the streets near the beach hold small restaurants and food stalls, with daily life centred on the village. Travellers who want a quieter bay than the main resort strip will find that rhythm here.

Phuket FantaSea, a cultural theme park with an evening show, is 1.7 km away, and the Kamala Night Market, with its food stalls and local goods, is 1.6 km from the house. Bang Wan Waterfall is also nearby. For the beaches, Kamala Rock Beach is 3.1 km away and Patong Beach 4.5 km, while Phuket International Airport is 18.3 km away. Most trips from Kamala are made by road, by car or taxi, since the sights are spread across the island.

A good day could begin on the sand at Kamala Rock Beach, followed by a visit to the Big Buddha, the large white statue on a hilltop, and an evening at Phuket FantaSea. Patong's bars and nightlife are a short drive away for a busier evening, while the pool and playground at the house are there for a quieter afternoon.
