Mansion sits in this beach area, and the district is built around beach days, boat trips and evenings out, with street-food stalls and massage shops along the beach road.

Ao Nang Beach is 650 m from the property, and the Ao Nang Night Market is 1.4 km away. Railay Beach, 2.4 km away, is usually reached by longtail boat from the piers in Ao Nang, and the islands of Poda and Tup are reached the same way. Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), a hillside temple complex, is 14.7 km away and is reached by road.

A full day could start with a morning on Ao Nang Beach, a short walk from the property, continue with a longtail boat trip to Railay, and end with dinner at the night market. For a change of scene, Tiger Cave Temple is a drive away, with cave shrines set into the hillside. Longer boat trips reach the Hong Islands, a group of limestone islands further out in the Andaman Sea.
