The Samui Elephant Sanctuary in Bophut is also nearby and is worth a visit for anyone interested in the island's wildlife.

Getting around Koh Samui means arranging transport. The hotel offers an airport transfer, and car hire and valet parking are offered too. Samui Airport is 1.7 km from the hotel. A day can start with a swim from the private beach, continue to Big Buddha and end at the night market, or go further afield to the elephant sanctuary.
