Amarit Onsen Homestay

The Standard Room at Amarit Onsen Homestay measures 50 m² and looks onto the garden. It has air conditioning and a fan, and it comes with towels, linens, toiletries, an electric kettle and a hair dryer, plus bathrobes and a mirror.

The room is set up for up to two guests. The Emerald Pool (Sa Morakot) is 17 km away, and the saline hot spring of Khlong Thom is 700 m from the homestay, so the hot springs are close at hand.

The saline hot spring of Khlong Thom is 700 m from the homestay, and the Wat Khlong Thom pagoda is 4.4 km away, and the Wat Khlong Thom Museum is also in the area. The Emerald Pool (Sa Morakot) is 17 km away, a green pool in the forest that is one of the best-known sights in the district. The Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), a hillside temple complex with a long stairway, lies 32 km away near Krabi town.

A full day could combine the hot springs with the Emerald Pool, and the local market in Khlong Thom Tai is a practical stop for everyday supplies on the way around the district, and the Khlong Thom area is best explored at a steady pace. A separate trip could head to Railay Beach, which is reached mainly by longtail boat from Ao Nang, 34.5 km away, where the limestone cliffs rise straight from the sea and the boats depart.
