Rooms at Alexander Hotel include a 28 m² Superior Room, 35 m² doubles and a 63 m² Executive Suite, and every room sleeps up to three guests. Several rooms have a city view, and some bathrooms come with bathrobes, hair dryers and toiletries.

Wat Chanthawongsaram, a pagoda just a short walk away, and the Tawanna shopping park, 400 m from the hotel, are the closest places to visit on foot. Bang Kapi MRT Station, 650 m away, links the area to the metro network, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market is 10.5 km away, with Siam Paragon at 11.4 km. Suvarnabhumi Airport is 14.6 km from the hotel, and the hotel offers an airport transfer among its services.

A relaxed day could begin at Decha Park, a public park for a stroll, then continue to the Batcat Museum and Toys, a museum of toys, and the Bangkapi Market, all a short walk from the hotel. For a longer excursion, the metro from Bang Kapi heads toward central Bangkok, where the Grand Palace and Wat Arun are among the main sights. In the evening, the two swimming pools, the sauna and the massage service make the hotel itself a good place to finish the day.
