AIRI Homestay

The rooms at AIRI Homestay sleep two or three guests. The Standard Room has a double bed, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, and the Basic Double Room also has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.

Some rooms share a bathroom with other guests. The Basic Single Room and the Basic Double Room each measure 35 m² and sleep up to three guests.

The homestay has a 24-hour front desk and 24-hour security, and private check-in and check-out are offered. Daily housekeeping is provided, and English, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese and Thai are spoken by staff. Air conditioning covers the public areas, and massage is offered on site.

Free parking is available for guests with a car. Free WiFi covers all rooms, with WiFi also in public areas, and internet services, on-demand movies and satellite or cable channels complete the offer in the rooms.

AIRI Homestay sits in the Suvarnabhumi area on the outskirts of Bangkok, a district of village streets, local markets and small pagodas rather than the tourist centre. Village lanes and local markets make up much of the surroundings, and the district is a quieter base for those who need a bed close to the airport rather than the old city.

Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), the main international gateway to Thailand, is 2.6 km away, and Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) is 26.8 km away. The airport at Suvarnabhumi is the one most arriving travellers use. The Airport Rail Link Suvarnabhumi Station is 2.1 km away and runs trains into central Bangkok. Local pagodas such as Wat Sangkha Racha, 1.7 km away, and the Suvarnabhumi Outdoor Market are part of the neighbourhood.

For a full day in the old city, the Grand Palace is 26.9 km away, and Wat Arun on the Chao Phraya riverbank is a short distance from it. Plan the trip to the centre by train or taxi, since it covers a much longer distance than the local trips around the homestay. Visitors who combine the two sights will need most of a day for the round trip, so it is worth starting early.
