Aetas Residence offers suites and studios, from studios to a two-bedroom suite of 130 m², and free WiFi is available in all rooms. Several of the rooms have city views and a bathtub, and several of the bathrooms come with bathrobes, toiletries and a hair dryer.

Bed set-ups combine king and single beds in several ways, and the two-bedroom suite sleeps up to six guests and has two bathrooms. The Phloen Chit BTS station is 550 m away, and the Sukhumvit Line it serves runs to Siam and to Nana, where another BTS station sits on the same line. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 1.8 km away, and the Jim Thompson House, a museum of Thai silk and art, is 2.6 km away.

Further afield, the Grand Palace is 6.4 km away, and Wat Arun stands on the bank of the Chao Phraya, so the two are usually seen together on a single day, since the Chao Phraya runs through the old city and past both sites.The Chatuchak Weekend Market, 6.8 km away, makes a separate trip, and in the evening the streets around the Siam shopping district offer plenty of places to eat, from simple street-food stalls to sit-down restaurants.
