Most of the accommodation at Adelphi Forty-Nine Hotel is in suites, from the One Bedroom Suite and the Premier Suite (1-Bedroom) to the Executive Suite, which has a separate living room. Several of them have a city view, and the bathrooms of some suites include a bathtub, bathrobes and a hair dryer.

Several rooms have air conditioning, a kitchenette with kitchenware and a dining table, and the Suite Premium sleeps up to nine guests. Away from the main road, the streets around the hotel are quieter, while the lively bars and restaurants are a short walk away.

The Thong Lo BTS station is 450 m from the hotel and Phrom Phong station is 700 m, so the Skytrain is a convenient way to reach the Siam shopping district, where Siam Paragon is 4.9 km away. Jim Thompson House, a museum of Thai silk set in traditional teak houses, is 5.7 km away, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of the largest weekend markets in Bangkok, is 8.5 km from the hotel.

Evenings in this part of Sukhumvit are about eating out, and the Soi 38 Nightmarket is a short walk away, with street-food stalls and simple tables. For a full day of sightseeing, the Grand Palace, Wat Phra Chetuphon and Wat Arun are on the other side of the old city, a longer trip from the hotel, and the Khaosan Road backpacker street sits near them. Getting to the old city takes some planning, but the Skytrain and taxis make it manageable.
