The property is a single 200 m² house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to six guests. The bedding comes as a choice of set-ups with king beds or a sofa bed.

The house has a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, toiletries and towels, an electric kettle, cleaning products, and a flat-screen television with satellite and cable channels.

Free parking is available on site, and the house has a kitchen with a microwave, a refrigerator, and dishes and dining utensils, so cooking your own meals is possible. The bathroom is supplied with body wash, toiletries, towels and a hair dryer. A washer, an iron, a closet, a desk and a private entrance are also provided, so the kitchen and laundry facilities cover everyday needs during a longer stay.

AABAN House 02 is in Khlong Hae, a district of Hat Yai, the main commercial city of southern Thailand in Songkhla province. The setting is a mix of local neighbourhoods, canals and markets. Khlong means canal in Thai, and the waterways and floating markets give the district much of its character.

Khlong Hae Floating Market is 1.5 km from the house, and Khlong Hae Temple is 1.7 km away. Songkhla Central Mosque is 2.4 km away, while Hat Yai Railway Station is 6.3 km and Hat Yai International Airport 16.6 km. The Hat Yai Floating Market and the Magic Eye 3D Museum, a 3D art museum, are also nearby. Free parking is available on site, which is useful if you arrive by car.

A day could start at the Khlong Hae Floating Market, the nearest market, and continue to the Magic Eye 3D Museum and the temple nearby, with the Songkhla Central Mosque and the Hat Yai Railway Station also on the city's main road network, which is useful for getting around.
