99 Residence

Every room at 99 Residence measures 32 m², and the choice runs from twin and double rooms with a city view to rooms with a mountain view. Several rooms have air conditioning, a TV, a telephone, blackout curtains, and a private bathroom with a shower.

Two rooms have a balcony with a city view, and one is a high-floor room with a mountain view. The rooms sleep up to three or four guests. Guests who prefer a higher floor can choose the high-floor double room, and those who want outdoor space can pick one of the two balcony rooms, both with a city view.

The on-site facilities include a bar, room service and a nightclub, and a 24-hour front desk is open to guests. Air conditioning is fitted in the public areas as well.

Guests can use the free parking, and there is Wi-Fi in the public areas as well as in the rooms.

The Thai dragon night market and the OTOP Market Patong are a few hundred metres from the hotel, and the Chinese Temple is also close by. Bangla Road, the lively strip of bars and clubs, is 1 km away. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong, is one of the most important temples on Phuket and lies 6.1 km away. Phuket International Airport is 25.2 km from the hotel, and the hotel offers an airport transfer.

Patong combines beach, shopping and nightlife in one place, so a day here can start on Patong Beach, move on to Wat Chalong in the afternoon and finish on Bangla Road in the evening, when the strip comes alive. Visitors who want a quieter evening can keep to the beach road and the night market, which are both close to the hotel.
