The whole property is let as a single villa of 200 m² with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and it has its own private pool. It sleeps up to eight guests, with a choice of bed set-ups, and the house has air conditioning, a private entrance and a full kitchen.

Inside, guests find a TV, a coffee or tea maker with complimentary tea, a hair dryer, toiletries, towels and linens. Because the villa is let as a whole, the entire house is available to the group that books it, from the bedrooms to the pool.

Ao Nang is a beach town on the Andaman coast of Krabi province, with a long beach that runs along the bay and a lively street life in the evening, when street-food stalls and massage shops line the beach road. The villa is in the Ao Nang area, 1.9 km from Ao Nang Beach, and suits guests who want a private pool while keeping the beach and the town close by.

Railay Beach, 3 km away, is reached by longtail boat and has limestone cliffs, with Phra Nang Cave on the peninsula, a cave beach framed by limestone. Poda and Tup islands are reached by boat from the Ao Nang pier, and the Hong Islands, an island group, are a longer trip out. Tiger Cave Temple (Wat Tham Suea), 13.4 km away, is a hillside temple with a long staircase up to its shrine.

A day by longtail boat to Railay and the nearby islands is the classic outing from Ao Nang, while the temple makes a good half-day trip inland. Krabi International Airport is 17.1 km away, so the airport is the first stop for most journeys to the town, and the drive from there runs along the coast road into Ao Nang.
