3BR Cozy House

The whole house is offered as one Three-Bedroom Villa of 150 m², sleeping up to nine guests. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a shower and a bathtub, air conditioning, a fan, a flat-screen TV with a streaming service such as Netflix, and a dining table.

Bedding is a choice of bed set-ups, including double beds and a sofa bed. The house has a garden view, and guests can use the balcony, the patio and the garden. Toiletries and towels are provided, along with an electric kettle.

Free parking is available at the villa, and pets are allowed. The kitchen is fully equipped, so guests can cook for themselves, and the house also has a dining area.

Inside the house there is a television, air conditioning and a fan, plus a bathtub, toiletries, towels and a closet. Free Wi-Fi is also offered, and the house has a balcony, a patio and a garden.

Because the house is let as a single property, the living room, the dining area and the kitchen are shared by everyone in the group, and the three bedrooms and two bathrooms are all in the same villa.

3BR Cozy House is in the south of Phuket island, in a local neighbourhood with a convenience store and an ATM close by, not far from Chalong Beach. Patong Beach and the nightlife of Bangla Road are a longer drive away, so the setting is more about the south of the island than the resort strips.

Chalong Beach is the nearest beach, and the Phuket Big Buddha, a white marble statue on a hilltop, is 2.8 km away. Chaithararam Temple, known as Wat Chalong and one of the most revered temples on Phuket, is close to the Big Buddha, and Chalong Pier, 1.4 km away, is a ferry terminal for boat trips. Phuket is joined to the mainland by a bridge, so the villa is reached by road.

A day could begin at the Big Buddha and Wat Chalong, continue to Kata Beach, 4.3 km away, and end at the Night Market, just 450 m from the villa. Parking at the villa is free, so a car is the easiest way to move between the temples, the beaches and the market, and the Phuket Big Buddha, at 2.8 km, is one of the closest major sights to the villa, so the whole trip can be made in a single afternoon without long drives.
