The whole property is a single apartment of 35 m², with air conditioning, linens, a hair dryer, toiletries and a desk. It sleeps up to two guests and has one bathroom.

The apartment stands on Thalang Road in Phuket Town, the island's historic administrative centre, where the shophouses of the old quarter are painted in bright colours. Compared with the beach areas, the streets here move at a slower pace, and the old quarter is easy to explore on foot. It suits a stay built around history, architecture and the town's street life rather than around the sea.

Phuket Old Town begins 100 m away, and the streets around it hold the Peranakan Museum and Wat Mongkol Nimit, a temple a short walk from the apartment. The Sunday Walking Street Market brings the old town to life on Sundays, with food stalls and crafts along the lanes. Walking through the old quarter, you can see the Sino-Portuguese houses up close and the colourful facades that give the area its character.

Phuket's beaches are further away: Patong Beach is 10.3 km away, and Big Buddha Phuket sits on a hilltop 10.6 km away. A day out could combine the Big Buddha with Chaithararam Temple (Wat Chalong), 7.2 km away, one of the island's most important temples. Both lie across the island from Phuket Town, so they are reached by road rather than on foot.
