The villa is a single house of 200 m² that sleeps up to five guests, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a garden view and air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite and cable channels, an electric kettle, a hair dryer, towels and linens.

The bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub and a shower, and the villa offers a choice of bed set-ups. The garden and the pool are part of the house itself.

Free parking is available at the villa, and the property has a kitchen where you can cook for yourself. Pets are allowed. The villa also has a private pool set in its garden.

Among the general facilities are cable channels, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a desk with workspace, an iron and a closet. English and Thai are among the languages spoken.

The villa has a private entrance, and a washer, toiletries, towels and a hair dryer are also available.

Rawai is a fishing village on Phuket, with a working pier, a quiet seafront of small restaurants and cafés, and boats that leave from the shore for the bays nearby. It is a calmer side of the island than the busy resort strips, with the sea close by and fewer crowds.

Nai Harn Beach, a calm bay with a long sandy shore, is a few kilometres away, and Kata Beach, with its cafés and shops, is close to it. Big Buddha, the large white statue on a hilltop, is 3.8 km from the villa, while the Chaithararam Temple, known locally as Wat Chalong, is one of the island's most revered temples. Patong Beach, Phuket's busiest, is 10.8 km away. Most sights are a drive away, so a car or scooter makes the most sense.

A good day could start at Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha in the morning, then move to Nai Harn for an afternoon swim before going back to the villa's private pool in the late afternoon. Kata Beach is a good place to finish the day, with its cafés and shops within walking distance of the sand, and the villa's pool is there to return to afterwards.
