All the accommodations at this holiday home have air conditioning. The two-bedroom home with one bathroom sleeps up to four guests and offers a choice of bed set-ups. The Two-Bedroom Apartment sleeps up to eight guests and has a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a full kitchen and a washing machine.

The full kitchen and washing machine in the apartment let guests cook and do laundry on site. Both accommodations are at 198 Yaowarat Road, Khwaeng Chakkrawat, in Bangkok's Chinatown, so the markets and food streets of the old quarter are close by.

Yaowarat is Bangkok's Chinatown, a dense grid of narrow lanes, shophouses and gold shops where the neon signs come on after dark and street-food stalls fill the pavements. The holiday home is on Yaowarat Road itself, in the Khwaeng Chakkrawat district, so the food, markets and temples of the old quarter are all close at hand. Walking the lanes on foot is the simplest way to see the district.

Within a few hundred metres you will find Wat Chai Chana Songkhram, a pagoda, and the Khlong Ong Ang Walking Street, and Sam Yot MRT Station is 450 m away, with trains on the Blue Line. By taxi, the Grand Palace is 1.7 km away. Wat Arun stands on the bank of the Chao Phraya River, and Wat Phra Chetuphon, home of the reclining Buddha, is 1.4 km away.

A good way to spend a day is to walk through the temple complexes around the Grand Palace, cross to the river for Wat Arun, and return to Yaowarat in the evening, when the street-food stalls open along the road. The walk back to the holiday home, along lanes lined with shops and street food, is part of the outing, and the Grand Palace area makes an easy half-day visit from the Chinatown streets.
