Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms at 28 Place. The Deluxe rooms each measure 28 m² and sleep between two and six guests, and the apartment sleeps up to four guests.

The Bang Wa BTS station is 450 m away, and the Silom line runs from there to Saphan Taksin, the river pier, and on into the business district. The Khlong Bang Luang floating market is 800 m away. Wat Arun, on the Thonburi bank, is 3.8 km away, and the Grand Palace lies across the river at 4.4 km. Khaosan Road is 5.6 km away.

A day could start at the Khlong Bang Luang floating market, then continue to the temples and the Grand Palace by BTS and river boat, or by taxi. Wat Arun can be combined with the Grand Palace on the same trip. In the evening, Khaosan Road, with its guesthouses and street food, is the place for an evening out. After a full day of sightseeing, the Bang Wa BTS station is a short distance from the property for the trip back, and the Phyathai 3 Hospital is close by if you need medical help.
