The accommodation is the whole house, offered as a single 200 m² home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to seven guests. The mountain view comes with the home, along with a bathtub, a shower, an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a streaming service like Netflix.

Bedding comes as a choice of bed set-ups, and the house has a kitchen with cookware, oils and condiments, a balcony or terrace and air conditioning in some of its rooms. Linen service is provided in some rooms as well.

The setting is urban rather than seaside: shops, markets and street food are what the city is known for, with temples and museums spread around it. It is a place to eat, shop and walk around rather than to relax by the sea.

Kim Yong Market, a shopping stop 3.6 km away, is one of the places to browse, while Wat Hat Yai Nai, a Buddhist temple known for its large reclining Buddha, is 5.2 km away. The Magic Eye 3D Museum, with its collections of 3D artworks, and the Asean Night Bazaar are also a short trip from the house. Hat Yai Municipal Park is a green space in the city, useful for a walk between the markets.

Hat Yai International Airport is the nearest airport, 15.2 km away, and the Hat Yai Railway Station is 4.1 km away for onward train journeys. For a full day, start at Kim Yong Market, spend the afternoon at Hat Yai Municipal Park, then head to the Asean Night Bazaar in the evening. The Namtok Ton Nga Chang waterfall, 29.8 km out, makes a longer excursion for a day away from the city.
