18 Residence

The rooms at 18 Residence range from the Junior Room, which covers 67 m² and has a city view, to the 2 Bedroom at 71 m², with Deluxe rooms and Executive apartments in between. Several of the apartments include a kitchenette, kitchenware and a balcony or terrace.

Several rooms have a hair dryer, an electric kettle and a private bathroom with a shower, and the Executive Suite sleeps up to three guests.

The shared spaces at 18 Residence include an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a garden, a terrace and a rooftop area. The building has a lift and air conditioning in its public areas, and lockers and safety deposit boxes are also offered.

During the day the area is busy and commercial, and in the evening the side streets become lively.

Nana BTS Station is 350 m away and Phloen Chit BTS Station is 700 m, so the Skytrain reaches Siam and other parts of the city without a long trip. Siam Paragon, a large shopping centre, is 2.2 km away, and Jim Thompson House, a Thai-style house and museum of the silk entrepreneur, is 3 km away. Chatuchak Weekend Market, one of Bangkok's largest weekend markets, is 6.3 km away. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun both stand beside the Chao Phraya river, which runs through the city.

A day could start with a visit to Jim Thompson House and a walk back through the Sukhumvit lanes, then move to Siam Paragon in the afternoon. Asiatique - The Riverfront, on the Chao Phraya, makes a good evening outing, and the Grand Palace and Wat Arun are a good pair for a morning in the old city.
