Every room at 12PM Bangkok has air conditioning. Sizes start at 23 m² in the Standard, Triple, Deluxe King and Twin rooms and reach 46 m² in the Superior King Room, with the Alt Junior Suite at 45 m² and the Signature at 25 m². The beds include queen and king beds, pairs of single beds, and a single and a double bed in the Signature, and the Triple Room and the Signature sleep up to three guests.

Several rooms have a balcony or terrace, and some have a private bathroom with a shower and toiletries. The Alt Junior Suite has a separate shower and bathtub, and the Signature has a city view and a refrigerator.

Phloen Chit BTS station is about 700 m away, and Nana station is also on the Sukhumvit line. Jim Thompson House, a museum of traditional Thai houses and Thai silk, is 2.6 km away. The Grand Palace is 6.4 km away, Wat Arun sits on the opposite bank of the Chao Phraya, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market is 7 km away. Suvarnabhumi Airport lies 22.4 km away.

A good first day could start at the Grand Palace and Wat Arun, which sit on opposite banks of the river, and continue to the Jim Thompson House in the afternoon. The Chatuchak Weekend Market is best saved for a weekend, when its stalls are open, and the Siam Paragon shopping centre is a good place to end the day.
